Mid-Season April & November
Daily: $ 80
Weekly: $390 + $22.50 electric
Monthly: $1000 + metered electric

In Season: December 1 – March 31
Daily: $ 95
Weekly: $ 541 + $22.50 electric
Monthly: $1400 + metered electric

Off Season: May 1- October 31
Daily: $ 65
Weekly: $360 + $30 electric
Monthly: $820 + metered electric

Month-to-Month Reservation
Pay seasonal rate + sales tax + electric. Sites are not guaranteed beyond the month they are
paid for. Not considered permanent.

Reservations for winter (November through April) 3 months or more are taken on or after April 1.
Reservations for winter less than 3 months (November through April) are taken on or after August 1.
Online reservations are not available for November to April. Please call the office to reserve for those months

Terms and Conditions:
-Pet friendly with restrictions: 2 pets per RV, non-aggressive dog breeds only
-Prices quoted are for 2 adults, 1 RV, 1 automobile. Extra persons are extra charges
-All reservations require a deposit upon booking
-No refunds for cancellations 30 days or less from arrival date
-Cancellation fees apply when refunds given within 30 days of arrival
-No refunds or credits for early departure
-For late arrivals with No Reservation, management reserves the right to refuse extension of the reservation beyond one night
